Perhaps he will have another angioplasty at that time. Currently, his condition is stable and he will be discharged from Astpal tomorrow, although Ganguly will be under medical care at home, where he will be examined daily.

Actually, this oil advertisement was being described as safe for the heart. When Ganguly suffered a heart attack, the oil brand was criticized on social media and now the oil company decided to go.

Trolled on social media
Ganguly suffered a heart attack on Saturday and underwent angioplasty. Kolkata’s Woodlands Hospital on Monday tweeted that Ganguly’s condition is stable and he will be discharged from the hospital soon. As news of Ganguly’s heart attack spread, the Fortune brand got targeted by the social media users. People started questioning brand endorsement. They said that Adani Wilmar imports oil and it is not known whether celebrities use the oil themselves.

You should know that Ganguly was made the brand ambassador of Fortune Rice Bran Cooking Oil in January last year. He is seen promoting the care of Heart in an advertisement created during the lockdown period, in which he says, ‘if you are 40, will you stop living?’
