After ‘Bulli Bai’, now ‘Sulli Deals’ mastermind Aumkareshwar Thakur arrested from MP

After Bulli Bai App, now the police has made the first arrest in the Sulli deal case. Police has arrested the accused from Indore in Madhya Pradesh. 25-year-old accused Aumkareshwar Thakur is the main creator of the sulli deal. Let us inform that BCA student Aumkareshwar Thakur had developed the Sulli deal in July last year. In this, Muslim women were being targeted.

The accused has revealed during interrogation that other people were also involved in the sulli deal case. Who played small roles in it. Police said that more arrests could be made in this case in the coming days.

Let us inform that the main accused Neeraj Bishnoi, who created the Bulli Bai App, is in the custody of the IFSO unit of the Special Cell for 7 days. On the basis of interrogation of the accused, the police arrested Omkeshwar Thakur from Indore in the Sulli deal case. According to the information, now he is also being questioned.

During the interrogation, Neeraj has made many important revelations. He told that during the Sulli deal case, a Twitter handle was created, through which he used to plant information related to the maker of the Sulli deal. On the basis of information received from Neeraj, the young man has been arrested by the police.

Police said that Thakur developed the code for the ‘Sulli Deals’ on GitHub and shared the app on Twitter.

“Aumkareshwar Thakur s/o Sh. Akhilesh Thakur r/o Newyork City Township, Indore has been apprehended from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He was born on 17/01/1996. He has done BCA from IPS Academy, Indore. During preliminary interrogation, he had admitted that he was member of a trad- group on twitter and the idea was shared to defame and troll Muslim ladies. He had developed the code on GitHub. The access of GitHub was with all the members of the group. He had shared the app on his twitter account. The photos of the Muslim women were uploaded by the group members,” DCP KPS Malhotra, Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations (IFSO), Delhi Police Special Cell, said.

Let us inform that in the Sulli deal case, the police had registered an FIR in July last year. The Sulli deal was launched on Github, on which online bidding of Muslim women was done.
