The country’s leading business conglomerate Adani Group is going to buy media company New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV). Adani Enterprises gave this information on Tuesday. Adani Group’s media company will indirectly buy 29.18% stake in NDTV. In addition, it will also launch an open offer for another 26% stake in this media house. Let us inform that AMG Media Networks Limited, the media company of Adani Group, is going to do this deal.
AMG Media Networks Limited (AMML) is a media company of the Adani Group. AMML is a 100% subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL). AMML will indirectly buy 29.18 per cent stake in NDTV. In fact, Vishwapradhan Commercial Private Limited (VCPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMML. VCPL is preparing to acquire 99.5% equity shares of RRPR Holdings Pvt Ltd, a promoter group company of NDTV.
